A new and inexpensive non-silicone breast form has recently become quite popular—the Silique Fabu-Forms Microbead Breast Form. I recommend the form in BreastFree.org's Breast Form section, under "Non-Silicone Forms." The Silique form is also sold as the Micro-Bead Lightweight Breast Form on the American Cancer Society's TLC Tender Loving Care website. 

I recently purchased a pair of TLC's Micro-Bead Lightweight Breast Forms. I have been thoroughly impressed with their lightness and comfort.

Dear Silique:

We received your Silique breast form samples and we liked your silicone breast forms, but really disliked the Silique Comfort Lite Microbead forms that were included because it just  seemed like it wouldn’t have any shape at all and would never work.  Well, I must tell you that we were completely wrong.

Yesterday we fit a patient that had uneven breasts and your Silique Comfort Lite Microbead forms were a Godsend!  She had previously been fit with another brand of equalizer, which is a concave silicone filler form.  In all past fittings, we had been unable to find a silicone form that was concave and would work for her.  Luckily, we remembered we still had your Silique Comfort Lite Microbead form samples and you even sent her sizes

Our patient said that your silicone felt much better against her chest wall because of the microbead back, which molded around her breast nicely and felt better than any of the solid silicone forms she had been wearing.  It was also cooler inside the bra pocket.

Then we tried the Silique Fabu-Form Microbead Leisure form and it was perfect!  It  molded right against her breast and looked great in her bra.  When we took symmetry measurements, both forms were perfect – not even off a quarter of an inch.

In our shop, these forms will be most ideal for patients with uneven breasts because of the microbead backing on them.  Most of these women have significant breast tissue on the side that needs a form, and the Silique microbead forms mold around them nicely.

I am grateful  that we had them when our patient came in to be fitted.  Uneven breasts are a challenge to fit and your Silique forms were exactly what she needed.  Our patient said she would didn’t think she would ever wear the equalizing forms at all any more.  That is quite a compliment.  You will hear from us again very soon.
